Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic Real Estate Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities:
– Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, farmland, and plot sales
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
– Market Research:
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Analyze industry trends and competitors’ activities
– Client Relationship Management:
– Manage client relationships and close potential opportunities
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients
– Sales Strategy:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
– Networking:
– Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders
– Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
– Experience: 3+ years of experience in real estate development, sales, or business development
– Skills:
– Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Salary:
₹50,000 to ₹1.5 Lakh per month, depending on experience and performance.
