Sales Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Calls: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospects, leads, and existing clients.
2. Lead Follow-ups: Follow up with leads, update their status, and ensure timely conversions.
3. Channel Partner Management: Manage relationships with channel partners, ensure smooth communication, and facilitate collaborations.
4. Billing Management: Assist with billing-related tasks, such as generating invoices and tracking payments.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and other systems.
6. CRM Management: Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed.
